Onishi Suigetsu

He was a painter. He studied painting under Gyokusen Mochizuki (望月玉蟾), He drew mainly landscape painting an portrait. Also, he enjoyed the ancient Chinese paintings in his later life. There is his name in “Heian Jinbutsushi” (平安人物誌: the list of notables in Heian era) published in 1768.
