Komatsu Hitoshi

1902～1989
He was a Japanese-style painter born in Yamagata pref. He studied painting under Bakusen Tsutida (土田麦僊). He formed “Shinju-sya” (新樹社)　with Fukushiro Toyoda (福田豊四郎) in 1938. He lived as self-sufficiently in Kyoto and continued painting.
