Imaoji Yuzan

1790～1849
He was a painter, the pupil of Chikudo Nakabayashi (中林竹洞門). His family name was Imakoji (今小路) but he used penname, Imaooji. Imakoji family had been conferred Hoin (法印:one of the rank among monks and artists) from generation to generation and Yuzan was conferred the rank.
