Itsuzan

1702~1778
He was a monk, calligrapher. He studied calligraphy under Mosyo Niioki (新興篆所). Also, he was good at seal engraving. He became a pupil of Nobumitsu Hayashi (林信充) in Edo. After he became a monk, he called himself as Itsuzando Mokuin (佚山道人黙隠). In 1757, he moved to Kyoto.
