Sikibu Terutada

He was a painter active in Muromachi era. He studied painting under Syokei (祥啓) and Shinko Chuan (仲安真康). Then he took on the style of Motonobu Kano(狩野元信) and established his own style. The number of his works is not so much but his works are unique and get more highly valuation.
